Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the individual who posted the content that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
- If appropriate, terminate repeat infringers in accordance with our policies.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that the content removed or disabled by a DMCA takedown notice was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notice must include the following:
- Identification of the material removed: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement of good faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
